The Alien (also known as a Xenomorph XX121 or Internecivus raptus) is a fictional endoparasitoid extraterrestrial species that is the antagonist of the Alien film series. The species made its debut in the film Alien (1979) and reappeared in the sequels Aliens (1986), Alien 3 (1992), and Alien Resurrection (1997).

I do not think that alien was very scary, the atmosphere of the film makes you feel like something very scary is going to happen, but it is actually not scary at all. … However it was a fantastic movie and definitely on the top of my top ten movies

Alien is a 1979 science fiction horror film directed by Ridley Scott and written by Dan O’Bannon. Based on a story by O’Bannon and Ronald Shusett, it follows the crew of the commercial space tug Nostromo, who encounter the eponymous Alien, an aggressive and deadly extraterrestrial set loose on the ship.

Due to the fire the occupied cryotubes were jettisoned in a Type 337 EEV, which subsequently crash-landed on Fiorina “Fury” 161, killing both Newt and Hicks, damaging Bishop further and leaving Ripley as the sole survivor.

About the alien ship?

SulacoThe Sulaco is named after a fictional town in Joseph Conrad’s novel Nostromo, which is the name of the ship from the original Alien. A number of other names in the franchise are based on Conrad’s work as well.

Year 2122: Alien (1979)

The original film: A distress signal wakes the crew of the ship Nostromo from stasis. They fly to a planet to investigate only to encounter an alien creature that is able to mate with one of the humans. The resulting alien hybrid attempts to take them out one-by-one.
